Q: Is this product supposed to be a very hard solid, which does melt as you apply it? My contents were hard and you need to dig into it with your fingernail to get product - is this normal?

A: Thanks for reaching out. All of our products will have a seal with the exception of products containing a pump. We do not use adhesives for seals on our products, we use heat machines. As a result of this, sometimes the seal may come up with the lid and recommend checking under the lid. We hope this helps!

Q: I bought this online and received it. It is liquified. Usually when I buy coconut oil it’s solid unless I melt it. The fact that the entire container is liquid ,does that mean it’s bad and shouldn’t be used?

I love the versatility of this product. It really is in the name. You can use it all over from head to toe. It makes my hair feel soft. To my body and absorbs quickly. It feels light and moisturizing. I’m not heavy.

The first jar I bought I loved! It smelled lightly of coconut and it worked well as a moisturizer on my legs & arms. The second jar was rancid - smelled like sour popcorn. Im exchanging it for a new jar, but im Not feeling very confident. I think it’s a gamble if you get something good or rancid. I think I’m going to use coconut oil from the supermarket- it’s the same thing and I’ve Nick er had it turn rancid.

There's nothing to dislike about this coconut oil. I LOVE this product and use it every single morning. It soaks right into your skin, doesn't leave you oily. Your skin will have a nice hydrated glow. It also helps to keep your skin smooth. Scoop some onto your fingers, rub it in your hands so it melts and spread on your arms, legs, etc. It has never stained my clothes or bedding. Great product!

The coconut oil itself is very nice and I use it allll over my body. Although at the bottom of the container it’s loaded with plastic pieces???? Like large chunks of flat plastic is in here which is scary. How does the plastic end up in organic coconut oil???? Would like money back or a new and safe plastic free product. Disappointed

I bought this and when it arrived, it was liquid because tit was warm. It cooled to room temp and I’ve been using it daily for my 1 year old’s hair. As I got toward the bottom of the jar, I am finding lots of pieces of what appears to be plastic in the coconut oil. I presume it’s all at the bottom of the jar because it was once a liquid and any solids would have fallen to the bottom when it was in liquid form. This is disturbing. Is this safe to use on my son’s hair? What’s in it? I’m leaving two stars because I was happy with the product until I started finding all this plastic (?) when I got to the bottom of the jar. Please explain.

First of all let me start i bought this before i got pregnant i used it on my belly and body during and after pregnancy and i didnt get as many stretch marks though my belly was huge. I use it on my boys hair, and have been using it on my newborn baby girl. Only thing i use on her hair to keep it in place and give it some shine. Also let me explain it does turn liquid when its hot and solid when its cold. I love it and will repurchase when done. Mine smells great by the way. It also lasts a long time.
