Q: When it comes to this Masque (or masques in general), how often should this be applied? Once a week or daily?
A: Thank you for asking about our Coconut & Hibiscus Curl & Shine Hair Mask For Naturally Curly Hair. If you have high porosity, you will require more protein treatments until your hair is able to regain strength. If your hair is damaged, use a protein treatment twice monthly and a moisture mask twice monthly as well. Hair is made of protein, so if there is too much protein in the hair the strands can break because the strand cannot hold all that protein. We hope this helps!

Q: How do I use this product?
A: Thanks for your interest in our Coconut & Hibiscus Curl & Shine Hair Masque. we recommend the following steps for the correct use of the product: section clean, wet hair. Apply generously. Use a wide tooth comb to distribute evenly from root to ends. Pay particular attention to hair ends. Leave in 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly - for deep penetrating treatment, cover hair with a plastic cap and apply moderate heat for up to 30 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Style as desired. When using a hair steamer do not cover hair, moist heat will add to masque's hydration. We hope this helps!

Q: (I have 1c hair) When I was 5 I had nice curls, at age five but somebody that didn't know how to cut curly hair, cut my hair. When my hair grew back it has no curls.Will this mask bring back my curls?

Q: Will this product work well on Low Porosity Type 4 hair? I already did some research and I noticed that the protein in the masque is good/small enough for low po hair. Also, is this a light to medium masque?
