I used it in the morning right before my workouts, as well as after I shower for the rest of the day. It does provide good odor control, I was smelling the scent of this product throughout the day, however, I was not a fan of the smell at all. It smelled like straight up shea butter to me which I personally don't love. I would purchase again if it came in a different fragrance.
