With an integrated chain stabilizer, Shimano GRX RD-RX822 12-speed rear derailleurs feature an intergrated chain stablizer that delivers quieter shifting and more secure chain management in rough terrain. The chain tensioner has an ON/OFF switch for easy wheel removal. Shimano RD-RX822-GS rear derailleur with medium cage is compatible with 10-45t, 12-speed Shimano MTB cassettes. Interchangeable, replaceable GS/SGS derailleur cage. Shadow RD+ design, combined with the adjustable chain stablilizer, prevents chain slap and drops. ON/OFF stabilizer switch matches terrain for smooth and reliable shifting on mixed surfaces. Compatible with HG 12-Speed Chains.
