I firts bought the mini size to try it out and I fell in love with this product. It's literally the best treatment i've ever used on my face. This serum is effective, pleasent smelling, absorbent, and speads easily on the skin, whereas other effective serums smell terrible & leave my face feeling dry.

This is a new product to me, i am very pleased and surprised by how good it is. It hydrated my dry sking very quickly… the texture is so pleasant. Even after the first use my skin instantly felt hydrated and relieved. Wow. The ingredients are promising. So far so good! I will most likely purchase it again.

I am pretty young (18) to be using this product, but I was told that starting to use anti-aging stuff young WILL help in the long run. i love this stuff, it is expensive but you only need a little bit and my skin looks so glowy and shiny after. it doesnt have that weird peeling stuff after applying and feels super hydrating and cool on the skin. I would not use this after dermaplaning though, it does kind of burn after doing any kind of shaving/waxing/dermaplaning on the face.

I loved it, I'm 29 years old and since I was 20 I started to take care of my skin, I have tried countless brands from the pharmacy to the high-end ones all caused outbreaks on my skin, since I have a skin prone to acne and it's incredible I stay with shiseido until the end of my days anyway I love shiseido, the only line that doesn't cause outbreaks on my skin, it's incredible since I'm using shiseido how my skin feels truly beautiful and grateful

I've been using this product twice a day for a week. I don't know what's supposed to be happening, but there is no difference in my skin. There is no extra hydration, no extra plumpness. This is going back to the store.

This is one of the best, if not the best, serums out there. I have sensitive, redness prone skin and any time I try a new product it's a toss up - BUT I could tell I needed some help in addition to day and night moisturizer and basic wrinkle treatment via retinol products. Within the first two days, texture and glow were improved. Within a week, small lines and the wrinkle between my brows (thanks, stress) was diminishing. Now, four weeks in, it's rapidly changing all these things, plus addressing uneven tone! I am careful to not over use this - where the recommendation is daily use, I use this three times a week, tops, bc I am conservative and during spring allergy season my skin is on "high alert". I use this first, followed by either the matching face cream, night regimen only. Highly recommend. While it's expensive, I use two small pumps and I've barely scratched the surface of how much remains. If you see on the fence or you need a product that works quickly, gently, and effectively, go get this asap.

First time I used this this I immediately smelled the alcohol. I opened the bottle and sniffed it and it gave a slight burning sensation in my nostrils. Yikes... I checked the ingredients and sure enough denatured alcohol is the second ingredient listed in the ingredient deck. Seriously?! I would not expect such a poor formula from a high-end brand. I understand that alcohol is commonly used as a preservative in cosmetics so I don't mind alcohol in products so long as there is a tiny concentration of it. The fact that the alcohol is the second ingredient listed suggests that the concentration is relatively high - not to mention the fact that I get whiffs of alcohol upon application. I usually love shiseido, but this product is a huge let down.

I've been using Shiseido for a bit over a year- it took a while for me to pull the trigger because of the cost but MAN am I happy I finally did it! My skin is SO much more even, bright, and hydrated. I've used a few serums from different brands but this one has been my favorite by far. Also, I buy the big one and even though it's pricey, it's worth it. I've had it for about 10 months and I'll probably be out within the next so it lasts almost a full year- a little goes a long way.

I like the texture of the serum it felt hydrating yet light and absorbed quickly. I feel like the next day my skin looked brighter but I started breaking out with tiny pimples around my cheek. This is the only new thing I added to my routine ): My skin is combo sensitive acne prone .
