Once finished the shelves look nice and works nicely. The problems are with the mass produced frame not being labeled clearly in regards to top and bottom. It ends up not making any difference but when you are putting it together it looks like it does. Put a arrow sticker on and be done with it! Finally use a different delivery company that can tell between a 6 and a 7.

I was skeptical about this purchase at first, and only bought it because it was on sale. BUT now, knowing how nice it is, I would’ve purchased it for full price! It’s very easy to put together, and it’s nice and sturdy. It’s perfect by our entryway-it fits a lot of shoes! It’s beautiful, and I am always receiving compliments from our guests on this piece of furniture. I love it!

I was so excited to put it together after it was just delivered that I didn't read the manual to a T. I didn't notice that there were 2 types of screws that looked very similar, but one was longer and the other shorter. I did read the note advising to make sure that the right screws were used. But I thought they meant the other types of screws that were designed to mount the rack to the wall... So now my new shoe rack has 3 cracks on the wooden top. I am frustrated with myself but a bit with the manufacturers too. I wish they made the shorter screws different color, used a thicker desktop with just one type os screws or wrote a more clear note like ACHTUNG FOR DUMMIES!!! THEY ARE DIFFERENT SCREWS!!! The 1 and the 2! Six shorter for the top part and the other ones a longer to keep the sheves together.. Overall it's an OK product for $100 (I bought it on sale from $199.99), the wood looks nice but it's too thin and too soft. The rack is definitely not worth $200. I would think the real price should be $65. But the rack is very sturdy and looks nice from afar (before you see the ugly cracks), It can fit 16 pairs of shoes size 13 and 4 pairs of flip flops under the last shelf. I would recommend this item, just make sure to READ THE MANUAL.

This shoe rack is working great for us. We were looking for an item to hold at least 10 pairs of shoes that would also look good in our entranceway, and this completely meets our needs. Assembly was pretty straightforward and did not take long.
