Shoes For Crews Women's August Slip Resistant Work Shoe

I work around a ton of water and slippery workspaces. I got these for the non-slip factor, but these are so uncomfortable and painful to wear. I'm wearing my usual size and I've "broken them in", but they're still so stiff and painful against the backs of my legs from the rigid high top. I can't get through a full day wearing them and keep having to bring extra shoes, which is a shame for this price tag. The tongues also have a folded membrane of fabric attached to the rest of the shoe, which is bunched up in the normal position and putting painful pressure on the top of my foot all day. I've tried different types of socks and inserts, but nothing helps.

I really like these boots! They're leagues more comfortable than my last pair of work shoes even after a 10 hour shift. They've kept me up on wet and oily floors plus they look great! I've worked in fast food, mostly FOH.

I luckily am able to order new shoes through my work place and get a free pair every 6 months, but I've been wearing these shoes for 2 years and just now the soles are starting to wear through. The first couple of weeks were a bit rough on my ankles as they had to be worn in, and I had worn sneaker style shoes up until that point, but after that they've been great. There has been some where and tear on the outside of the boots but the general structure, laces, and treads have held up all this time. I definitely recommend them if you're looking for a good, sturdy, soft-toed boot.

I bought these boots for my job in which I stand for around 8-9 hours, and by the end of the day my feet were aching. Perhaps it's just me, so I will look into getting soles for extra comfort, but overall I love these boots, they look great, and are well put together with a strong toe area, and they fit good when I wear thick socks otherwise they feel a little too big.

I've only worn them once since I've gotten them! They are little bigger than I thought they would be! But overall great shoe!

I won't be able to wear these to work unfortunately otherwise I'd be able to give a more comprehensive review. I wear a 9, and it's huge. I'll put in for an exchange and see if I like what I get

These boots are great until 2-4 months later. I love how these shoes are very protective, well fitted and covers my feet well, and extremely slip and old resistant which helps tremendously. With working at the deli we have floor soap that gets sprayed by a hose every day. In a matter of months, these boots were getting holes and rips and tears so the chemicals would hit the top of my feet. My feet are extremely sensitive, and get rashes when anything touches them. 3 socks and these boots still do not protect. I would love to see if there is any way to get a shoe that lasts longer, and more protective from the water chemicals, and have the same slip-resistance it has. Thank You

I had been needing shoes with all around support, particularly in the ankles, for mowing the lawn! These have met that requirement plus a lot more: they are waterproof, skid resistant, have great support, are lightweight and the laces stay where you pull them lol. I have 3 Morton's neuromas on my foot and these don't aggravate them. I'm also almost a full size smaller on the right foot. These boots lace up to accommodate this issue. I would recommend taking a size smaller; I normally take an 8 but had to exchange for a 7. Excellent boots, highly recommend.

I've gone through a ton of brands looking a solid pair of work boots, and after 2 years I finally settled with these. I work in a grocery store that requires a lot of walking around, constantly moving, and I couldn't recommend anything else but these boots. My pair lasted for several years before I needed to reorder. If you just stand around and don't walk much, they can hurt your feet a bit but if you're constantly on the move, they're the best.

Getting a second pair. Comfortable. Good style. (Only thing. They really are waterproof so don't expect them to breathe)

these boots are fantastic and work great for my job ( food server/beer tender). the only thing I will mention is they are advertised as womens boots but shipped in mens size- so buyer adjust accordingly.

I normally wear a size 8 ladies shoe/boot, but these ones I had to size down to 7 1/2 and there's still room in there. They are a decent work boot. I had to add comfort insoles, as I'm on my feet nonstop for 8-10 hours a day and they definitely weren't comfortable for that length of time as they come. They are not as slip-resistant as some of my other boots, so for that reason I gave them a three star rating. I won't buy these again, but I'll still wear them every once in a while.

Was looking for something that I could wear outside, drive-thru order taking (CFA), with boot socks! in Cold weather, that was also appropriate for indoors work. These are wonderful!! They are high enough to hide bright colored boot socks also.

Good quality boots, sturdy, and easily adjustable around the ankles. However, I found them too sturdy for working in a kitchen and better as a winter boot. No complaints, definitely worth the price.

After two long years almost three, I came back to buy another pair not because they are falling apart but because they are getting old. I figured the least I can do is give them a good review. The heel part (inside) is ripped and coming off but what shoes don't do that after a couple years? I love these boots and to be fair I only work in fast food but food or water never got in my boot. The model seemed to have changed but I'm sure the quality is still the same. I've gotten compliments on the shoes and even some coworkers have bought the same pair. They have enough room for thick socks and an insoles which I would recommend if you stand in one place for a long time. These are lightweight but sturdy, comfortable and very durable for a good price.

Good boots for the price. I've purchased this pair before, they're comfortable and slip resistant. They have a nice look and true to size.

I like your boots because they are truly slip resistance. The only problem is I work in corrections and I have to go through metal detectors and each time I have to come out my boots because they go off. Can you make them where you don't have to come out your shoes?
