A: I have mine mounted low so it is kind of sitting at the very end of the lip of my shower surround. However I have 2 jumbo bottles of shampoo from Ulta. 2 tree hut shower scrubs & 3 other small bottles

Q: Caddy won't adhere to the shower's tile walls even when moistened with water. Another reviewer mentioned following the directions. My caddy did not come with any instructions. Please post directions.

A: Hello - Thank you for your inquiry. Below you will find the directions that are provided with the item: Instructions: 1. Clean desired mounting location and suction cups with rubbing alcohol. Allow to air dry. 2. Rinse inside of suction cups under warm water. Shake off excess water. 3. Slide a suction cup hook through each slot on sides of basket. Lift each hook up to firmly secure to basket. 4. Avoid grout lines. Firmly push each suction cup button toward wall to lock in place. To remove, pull release tab to disengage suction. *Please note: Works on smooth, non-porous surfaces, including glass, tile, metal and fiberglass. Not for drywall or painted surfaces. We hope this helps with getting the caddy to attach. - Stacy

I've been looking for a new 'toy organizer' for my girls' bathroom and this is absolutely perfect! I've read all of the other reviews because I am a review freak and now that I own it, I'm not sure why the reviews are so bad? I followed the instructions to the T and haven't had any issues. I'm aware that maybe they just don't stick to tile that well or certain surfaces? It's held up perfectly for us. I've bought so many "organizers" for the tub and this one is literally the BEST. It may not be advertised for 'toys' but it works and I'm going with it! I loved it so much I had to buy another one!

It’s great when it actually works but the suction does not work well at ALL. I even wet the suction cups with water to help but it still falls- I even tried with not putting anything in it for 24 hours and letting it dry and it still fell. It seems to happen randomly that it will just fall over and over and then magically it will stick for a week or so and then falls again.
