This book is so beautifully made! I love all the pictures and the recipes are mostly things I have at home!!! Especially love the section on sauces, I love a good veggie/protein bowl and sauces really give them life.

II don’t have a ton of time or energy after work, and I’ve been able to throw together a bunch of these meals pretty quickly. Big fan of the powerbowels, the sauces, and made the buffalo chicken pasta with the kaizen lowcarb pasta for work this week and its been incredible. Feels like a restaurant meal that i made. I have a bunch of cookbooks, but this is one I will actually cook from. The recipes are high-protein, low-carb, but somehow still super satisfying? I’ve been trying to eat better without feeling like I’m dieting, and this works.
A promising guide

It's a well organized book with beautiful photos. The recipes are achievable, and they stick to the theme of tasty, but high protein. I've followed Arash on Instagram for some time, and I trust his judgement on a sustainable lifestyle.
