This cheese tastes just like other cheeses, if not better, and I love the container with a lid. I used this cheese to make an Alfredo sauce, and it was perfect! Delicious, will buy again. The taste was as expected and it was very fresh. My kids used it on their pasta and really enjoyed it as well because it added more flavor than the grated Parmesan they typically use. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Who does not love parmesan ! It is good though I have not had it shredded in those thin long shreds before. I think it is fine but could be better but I've had some incredible parmesan in Europe before so I might be a bit biased. I added some on top of my pizza and it was a great addition. It will taste great with pasta as well. I received an incentive to write this review.
