Skyr is the traditional yogurt of Iceland that has been made for over 1,000 years. Our yogurt is a thick, creamy, strained yogurt with a high protein count. True to Icelandic tradition, siggi’s products are made with simple ingredients and not a lot of sugar. Mainstream yogurts can have up to 25g of sugar per serving. Our skyr contains only 8-11g of sugar and 14 - 15g of protein per 5.3oz cup.

i absolutely love skyr, and i'm glad my local target began selling the larger tubs. it tastes similar to greek yogurt minus the tang, so it's perfect for sweeter breakfasts while maintaining similar benefits to greek yogurt. it's not AS thick, but still yummy.

So I bought this when it was on sale and I was like why not try a new yogurt see if it’s any good. I didn’t really like it. There is not much of a strawberry taste and I think this item is rather expensive despite me buying it on sale.

I'm used to consuming Chobani Greek Yogurt, so that will be my line of reference. In comparison, this vanilla yogurt is less sweet and tastes like a mild sour cream. I probably wouldn't enjoy it by itself, but I have been using it as a dip (substitute for hummus). Due to its tangy flavour profile, it works that way. Adding berries or some honey to it will improve the taste. Other than that, it's high protein and will meet your needs on the practical front

This is a VERY thick yogurt, it reminds me of the texture of Greek yogurt and leaves a weird film in my mouth. Also has the texture/slight taste of sour cream. The ingredients are great but I won’t be buying again.

The brand itself 10/10 and taste is beyond delicious. My favorite is the vanilla and the plain. However, check the dates before purchasing. I've found expired ones at 2 diff targets before.

I have searched for years to find Quark to make my German dishes and cakes in the USA without having to make my own Quark. This product is the answer. The creamy, light fruity taste and the perfect texture. My cheesecake is a hit and always requested by my family.

This is literally the only yogurt I will eat. It’s healthy but tastes good to me. Many other yogurts have too much sugar or too bland for me to eat. All about your preference but I’ve really enjoyed eating this yogurt almost daily.

I have been buying this yogurt for years. Always loved the rich thick consistency and tart flavor. Now, there are certain batches that seem to be just like regular Greek yogurt. They are watery and soue. Not what I enjoy. I first noticed that there were 2 different labels for the same product. One has 19G protein 0G sugar and they were the good ones. The other label has 19g protein 5g sugar and they were watery. Lately even the 19g 0g label are now watery. The only difference I noticed is the date stamp for the good ones had an AA on them and the watery ones have VA. I assume they are different manufacturing locations. If the original is not available, I cannot justify the cost anymore, as the new one is no better than regular Greek yogurt

They have little to no strawberry. Didnt even sligtly turn the yogurt a smidge of pink. 5 tiny squares of brown strawberries. Was expecting some sort of gel like chobani at least. It is super tart.

BEST YOGURT I'VE EVER HAD!!!!! So I'm upset that local Target hasn't carried it in months!!! Just have fat free now, but that little 4% fat leads to satiety, not to mention better taste and texture. I bought this constantly so their failure to keep stocking it is a huge disappointment.

I generally do not like Greek yogurt and the strawberry version was gross and tasted nothing like strawberry but the vanilla one tastes amazing and has a good amount of protein

This is my new favorite!!! I’m glad Target is carrying it and wish they would get the strawberry one too and the larger containers of it!!!!! It is expensive but definitely worth it. The yogurts now really upset my stomach so much because a lot do not have l.acidophilus in them anymore and for some reason I need that particular pro biotic in my yogurts—this includes it and has never upset my stomach. Finally a yogurt I can eat without any bad side affects!!! Yeah!!!!
