We bought the mattress by thinking it is firm. It is soft and my wife and I having back pain every day after waking up. When I contacted the customer care , they mentioned they don't have return/refund on this matter. I don't know what to do now? I don't recommend this mattress.

Review is for the mattress, not Ashley in general. But I'm not lying when I say I've had the best nights sleep this week than I've had in the last 20 years on the 12" Chime plush foam mattress. I'm a side sleeper, and I have sever sleep apnea. I'm in a king size and i can't even tell my wife is sleeping on it beside me. For the sale price I paid, I am beyond happy. And it came in a box that was set aside until the room was ready, taking up minimal space. Ashely failed to take my old mattress and box spring when they delivered the new set, and failed to follow thru with an alternate pickup, so caveat emptor. I will not let Ashley ruin my review of the product, so still 5 star.

We bought this mattress online (against my better judgment and objections) after finding a mattress we both liked that also said "plush memory foam" at mattress dealz. I've been kind of ok with it as a stomach sleeper until recently. We've had our about 9 months and my husband has back, hip and knee problems so he always walked up sore. We are cranky and exhausted and buying something else. Don't buy a bed online if you're picky, it's a waste of money. Find a bed you want in person then find at price you can afford.

We LOVE this mattress! My husband and I were having backaches and decided it was far past time for a new mattress. This mattress was well priced (4th of July sale) and had great reviews. We are so glad we bought this mattress. We sleep very well and wake up refreshed with no back pains.

This mattress is not my favorite. I didn't think I was that picky and have always been able to sleep on various types of mattresses, but this one just hurts me so much and I'm struggling. I can't get comfortable, I wake up frequently with numb arms or legs, and no amount of new pillows/mattress pads/anything at all that I try to increase comfort is helping.
It is not plush!!!!! It's firm.. like sleeping on the floor

The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. It says plush, but it's the complete opposite. It's so firm you feel like your sleeping in the floor. Remove the term plush as this is inaccurate. I bought it under the presumption that it was plush and now regret purchasing this mattress.
