Sharp corners on seat

The chairs are comfortable, however the corners of the seat are sharp and my husband cut his legs on them. Would be nice if there was a covering over the metal corners or should be filed down to a rounded corner.

These are nice chairs, went together well, feels like the quality is good. They just aren't the most comfortable chairs to sit in for long periods of time.
