Chairs are decent in design. +1 star each for easy of assembly, sturdiness, and good shipping. -2 stars because the seat cushions have already gone flat (hasn't even been 6 months)! Now it feels the same as sitting on hard wood.

Poor quality. Chair legs uneven - not just a little but 3/8 inch!!!. 4 out of the 6 I bought were like this. Had to put pads to level. The finish also wasn't good and was rough

3 chairs were great, 1 chair had a wobble of about 3/8â€. I loosened everything twice trying to get it out but nothing would fix it.

Great sturdy chairs! Very comfortable with the covered cushioned seat too. Happy with our purchase. Glad we decided to get these chairs after looking at other websites. Although I don't think these chairs are weight rated they are sturdy enough to hold a 300 lb person. Not cheaply made at all, but solid and strong chairs..

Love the chair. A little amazed that I got it in two business days when the store told me I would wait up to 8 weeks and it was $19 less than the store was charging for the same model. So I'll put up with pushy sales people to look at products then order from the manufacturer to save money and get much faster delivery. Perfect.

I bought a Ralene dining set several years ago, and recently ordered an extra pair of chairs.These match the original set perfectly. Shipping was quick, packaging was secure, and assembly was easy-- just a handful of screws to install.These chairs are sturdy and comfortable, even for larger people. I'm very pleased with them!

Out of 6 chairs, 3 had defects. The dowel had broken off of one, a corner bracket was cracked on another, and there was a small tear in the vinyl on the third. I attached the seat without the dowel and it seems sturdy enough. I glued the corner bracket before tightening screws. And I both glued and taped the tear in the vinyl. All chairs look good and seem sturdy enough now but I fear for the longevity and if they will hold up in the future.
