Ordered 4 of these counter stools. They are nice quality and pretty heavy. Came packaged well. One of the stools had 2 nicks on the part where your back touches. Called and customer service was excellent; they will swap it out. Overall pretty easy to put together and balance. Will need felt pad protectors for the feet. Color is perfect for what I was looking for.

Two of my barstools have uneven legs. The barstools rock when you sat in them because one of the legs is shorter than the other 3 legs. I am not pleased with these two barstools. This is unsatisfactory.

The chairs look nice and the seats are well made and the color matches our space. Not real wood but sturdy enough for our use. I took one star away because 1 of the 2 chairs we bought was wobbly as one of the legs in the back is too short. Seems to be a trend with this product.

Love it ! Was super easy/ quick to build. Material is very sturdy seems long lasting not like cheap fake wood.
