The Brie tasted good. I usually purchase the President brand Brie, but this is all my store carries, and I didn’t want to make another stop. My Target is not a super Target, but a regular store, so I have to be careful to check the expiration date on items like this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this brie cheese. I like the mild taste in the very creamy texture. It's easy to assemble for charcuterie and also tastes really good baked. I think the quality is good for the price for sure. The packaging also makes it easy to store away in the refrigerator. I received an incentive to write this review.

I assume it’s not supposed to be orange - but mine was covered in orange spots the day after I purchased it - didn’t realize until I got home and wasn’t able to drive back and return it. Also packaging is unclear whether or not it’s pasteurized

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was really soft and delicious Brie cheese! I love how easy it was to cut and how easy it is to store away. It went great on my small charcuterie plate and a dollop of lingenberry jam really took it to the next level. I think it's a good size for the price and it tastes like good quality Brie! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cheese was really good. The outside is softer than other Bries I’ve had. The inside is buttery and soft and really yummy. I used this Brie cheese on a cheese platter and it was received well. It was the first cheese finished. I served it with sliced apples, pretzels, crackers, and a few cured meats. I was hopeful in trying this new brie, as I like a lot of other Good & Gather products. But this brie lacks quality & especially the soft, buttery taste that you find in other brands and associate with brie cheese in general. I don’t think I’ll be purchasing this brie again.
