This spread is amazing! I think it’s one my favorite things that Target sells. I find myself searching for ways to use it. I love it spread on French bread, on sandwiches, and with pasta! It’s so flavorful with a little spicy kick.

This is so fantastic! I usually do Calabrian chile as a stand alone ingredient- but this blend is beautiful. I’ve used it in baked ravioli, and even a breakfast scramble! I think there must be dozens of uses for this. I think it would be good as a bruschetta topping also. I’m going to keep discovering more ways to use this- I can even imagine it would be good ina grilled cheese sandwich. This is a hidden gem for sure!

I was so excited to try this, but was so disappointed. The taste is awful and it’s so oily. I’ve never had something so disgusting. I put this spread on my sandwich and couldn’t even finish it. So sad I wanted to love it.

Not good. Glad I made a trial run of this recipe before serving it to others. Even my dad didn't eat more of it, which says a lot. It's too oily and has just this very odd taste. Even when I opened the jar, the smell was ick and I thought maybe as an ingredient it would calm down a bit and be ok, but no. I should've followed my instincts.

I love this spread. I add it to my eggs and sandwiches. It adds nice acidity and a little bit of spice. This is low on the heat level. It is a little oily but I don’t mind it.

I bought this several times when it was initially released and LOVED it. What’s changed, no clue. All I can say is that the last two jars have tasted off and like the oil was rancid. These two jars were bought a few months apart so likely not the same batch. Will not buy again, clearly not quality oils being used.

Just buy the jarred Calabrian chilis from Amazon. They are way better than this spread. I don’t know what I was expecting. This is a vinegary sour mess. Yuck. I ended up dumping it out. Very disappointed.

Very good and flavorful. Used it as a sauce over pasta like I would use sun dried tomato pesto. Sauté onions garlic then cherry tomatoes. I also put mushrooms and red and green bell pepper. Lastly the sauce/spread season to taste then toss in your pasta of choice. Voila dinner is made!

Loved it and it will become a staple to my pantry. For those who can’t use this type of product within the recommended time, simply freeze it in ice cube trays and store the cubes in a freezer bag!
