I usually drink almond milk but figured I’d try oat milk instead and i honestly will not go back to almond milk, if I can help it. I also have type 2 diabetes so I need to watch my sugar intake. It’s hard to find a zero sugar product that doesn’t taste off but this one hits the spot. Cinnamon is really good for keeping blood sugar levels in check so this creamer is a solid choice for me.

I really liked the consistency of this creamer. It is smooth and creamy, and it blends well into hot drinks, like coffee and hot tea. I also found that the creamer had a very long shelf life. It lasted about one month in the refrigerator, after the carton was opened, which is quite a bit longer than most dairy-based creamer. The vanilla flavor was prominent, with cinnamon not very perceptible. The downside of this product is the use of Stevia as the sweetener. While I appreciated the zero sugar experience, the licorice after-taste of the Stevia was strong and off-putting. I love that this product is low in calories and sugar. i just wish it did not include Stevia. if they make this in a non-sweetened version, i would definitely purchase it.

The oat-milk is smooth and has a thick texture overall, however the after taste for being sugar-free isn’t the absolute greatest. However, overall the cost is pretty good for the ingredients involved and would be a good option for a plant based diet.
