This is one of the best non dairy "milks" to use in my smoothies and my overnight oats. It's healthy, doesn't give me a stomach ache and not to sweet even though it's not the sugar free one.

Im breastfeeding and told that almond milk with help with the milk supply. As the brand, it has a very smooth texture, rich and creamy. I wanted it to be easier to taste since i dont like nut milks he vanilla smell and taste isn't too strong.

I just finished mine 2 days ago. Wished I took a pic. The taste is amazing, it goes will with my smoothies and oats. Doesn’t had much calories inside so that’s a plus!

Best alternative to regular milk after my daughter was getting off of soy formula because she’s lactose intolerant. The taste was sweet and it’s delicious. You could put it in cereal your coffee, pretty much everything.
