My family loves this milk. It has a smooth very tasty taste! The packaging is nice, we like to recycle and this is perfect for that! The ingredients are minimal and healthy! My kids use this with cereal and cookies. I use it with Oatmeal and smoothies! It is wonderful knowing I’m doing a great job finding healthy alternatives better suited for my families digestion and health

I use Silk Unsweetened Coconut Milk for everything! It’s great for cooking and for my coffee. It’s great that it’s not sweetened because you can add it to a variety of recipes

Recently I have noticed a strange taste with the unsweetened milk. I used to buy this all the time but now something is off.

Something changed over the last few months. I’ve used this brand for 2 years now after switching from Almond Breeze because the coconut taste was amazing. But over the last few months something changed. It’s hard to describe the taste. It has no coconut taste whatsoever, and has a paper/cardboard like taste. At first l thought it was a bad batch, waited to buy more, but the taste persisted. Thought maybe it was me. So I waited again. Still tastes like this. Then I bought the original coconut, same taste. I just bought an almond breeze and that tastes like coconut. So either your coconuts are subpar, or you changed something thinking we wouldn’t notice. I cannot waste more money hoping the taste changes back to what it was. So disappointed. Switching back to Almond Breeze. Sorry. PS if you changed vendors - drop them and go back to your original source. If you changed formula, go back to the previous formula because this once is awful.

My opinion it does not taste great plain or in espresso latte, but and certain protein shakes like plant based shakes.It definitely tastes good! I don't feel bloated after drinking it& it's easy on the stomach with a lot of health benefits! I have bought it a few times& Iwill continue!!

The taste of certain batches resembles soap. This is an indicator that the fats are rancid. There was a batch back in October that had this issue and it has once again struck the most recent batch. Drink this in my coffee everyday, I know when something is wrong. At almost $5 a carton, I cannot risk buying anymore of this batch. So annoying.

I love coconut milk and Silk is my favorite by far! I love to mix it with juice or flavored water. I like that it doesn't spoil quickly and thankfully my grocery store keeps it stocked!

I have been drinking the unsweetened Coconut milk for several years now and until recently I noticed the last two half gallons did not taste right. Something like an aftertaste or factory contamination of some sort. There is a distinct strange taste to this milk now and it has been only in the last 20 days or so. If this does not change, I am not going to continue to purchase this. It simply does not taste right any more.

Ummmm what did you DO!!!?? We drink this exclusively in our coffee daily for over 10 years. Never have I ever seen it this watery. Obviously something g changed or there was a mistake in a batch made - I really hope it gets fixed asap!!

changing overall diet so i dont need insuling is a game changer! so I love it! great taste! great for a diabetics dietary choice!! add it to protein drinks for almost NO carbs or sugars!! cant live without it!

I have been buying the Unsweetened Silk Coconut Milk for years and KNOW my taste buds better than you do SILK....The formulation has changed whether you admit to it or not (saw other posts complaining of this and your reply saying nothing has changed). Do you really think people don't know the difference they're tasting? It's condescending to say that. Now that you're a BIG (not so small Boulder, CO. born company) maybe you don't care if you lose customers....that's unfortunate. But MY TASTE BUDS know something is off with the recent half gallons I have opened, it even LOOKS different, very watered down. Bye, bye Silk!

I bought this before. Love it, I'm allergic to milk/dairy, so I'm loving this. If you buy the unsweetened one, add a little sugar to your taste. I love the sweetened one though. Both are great! Especially for people who can't have sugar or something, I love this! 5 Stars!

For 3 yrs I’ve gone out of my way to purchase Silk Coconut milk because it was far superior to other brands. Last week I picked up a carton and WHAT did you do to it!!! Watery and tasteless so I threw it out. I guess I will go back to drinking a non refrigerated brand of coconut milk. Please go back to your old recipe or you've lost a customer that bought 6 half gallons a month of Silk Coconut milk.

This is one of the non dairy milks I use in my coffee, oats, cereal, protein shakes etc. It taste really good and does well in everything I put it in. It’s low in calories and no added sugars so that’s great too.

The new formula is terrible. The consistency and taste are off and totally different. I will not use your product anymore.

Like others have said, it’s sour and tastes gross. I will never buy it again. You’re better off buying a can of coconut milk and adding fresh water to it.

I love this coconut milk I’ve been buying it for years. Less potassium than others. I love the taste of Silk Coconut unsweet milk.

Bought 3 bottles and all were spoiled and wasn't even past the expiration date. Gross.
