submitted byAAA - 2 years agoA: Safe for anyone without soy allergy since no added sugar or sugar alcohol or artificial sweeteners whatsoever and only 3 gm carbs, 4 gm fat per 8 oz cup. Has 7 gm protein per cup which is good.

Q: Does it have to be refrigerated before opening
A: Yes, it is stored in the fridge for the store, where all the milk are kept. Therefore, it should be refrigerated at all times.
