Q: Does this have whole grains? I just don't care for biting on them when eating the bread. I like the bread to just be soft.

Q: Hello - does sprouted bread need to be kept in the fridge?
A: Hi there! Great question, thanks for asking. We recommend keeping your product stored in a cool dry place (like a bread box or pantry) OR frozen as some fridges may actually dry out the product causing premature staleness. Our products can remain frozen for up to 6 months.

Q: Is this bread frozen? Or to be kept in the freezer? I picked up my order and it was grazed when I opened it
A: Hello Mom Shopper, we do recommend keeping your breads frozen for maximise freshness. In addition our breads can be frozen for up to 6 months. :)

Q: Exactly what is "cultured wheat flour"?
A: Hello, thank you for your questions. Rather than using unhealthy preservatives in our breads and bagels, we use cultured wheat as a natural and healthy way to maintain freshness and prolong the shelf life of our products. Cultured wheat is made using a completely natural fermentation process similar to how natural yogurt is made. This natural fermentation produces a concentration of food-grade organic acids that lower the PH of bread and delays the formation of mold.
