A: Hi there! It sounds like the yeast has fermented early on this batch of bread. It is safe to eat, but is not the experience we want you to have when eating our bread. Please reach out to customerservice@silverhillsbakery.com so we can gather the information on this bread you purchased, and we will be happy to replace this bread for you.

Q: Today is 11/20/2021. On the bag of the bread that I picked up, a small white paple label says "0121 12". How do I make sense of this expiration day?
submitted by Bad bag closure - 3 years ago
A: Unfortunately it looks as though the bread was miss-tagged. The small white paper tag marked on the bread should properly display the experation date.

Q: Is this supposed to be sealed? When I pulled off the unsecured white clip, the bag was just open. Is this normal?
submitted by Anders - 4 years ago
A: Yes, it's normal for this brand bread.
