I moved to Texas from Canada in 2021 and I pretty much shreeked when I saw this at my target. This was my GO TO bread back home in Canada. It's low in calories, has great macros, is sprouted grain which is much easier on the digestive tract and is better for blood sugar management. It is much healthier than the comparable low calorie breads and has wholesome ingredients. This is an absolute win for target to bring this to the American buyers!

Listed ingredients are false. The second actual ingredient is oats. If you have an oat allergy, you will react to this bread. Do not trust the information listed on the app.

This bread is good but the label is so confusing. In the picture on here it says 100 calories for 2 slices, in the description it says 110 calories per 2 slices, but on the bag that I have here at home it says 100 calories per ONE slice. Which is it?

I can eat two pieces of French toast made with this bread because each slice is only 55 cal and very low in carbs. I’m hypoglycemic, but this bread does not make me feel bad or spike my blood sugar if I eat it with protein.
Absolutley delicious

Absolutely DELICIOUS. I am a baker, I have been for 10 years and I know how to make really good bread. But as a mom of 2 under 2 sometimes I don’t have the time so I wanted to find a good and clean bread and this is it. My girls loved it, I didn’t think I would like it but I loved it too. 100% recommended!!

Doesn't have the sprouted bread taste which is a plus. Also doesn't seem to spike my blood sugar.

I'm glad some people enjoy this bread, but it's not for me. I found it to be to light, dry, and flavorless.

I have been looking for a bread that doesn’t have too much sugar in it and this is the best so far! We toast it and enjoy it everyday. Like that slices are thin as well.

Nutritionists recommend sprouted wheat and Ezekiel is the most commonly recommended brand. But I find Ezekiel to taste like cardboard and in stores, they come frozen. But not Silver Hills. It tastes much better with comparable nutritional profile and ingredients. As a diabetic, the thin slices in "Little Big Bread" also has much less carbs than other brands, including Dave's Killer, etc. Highly recommend!

Delicious thin slice bread! If you aren’t a sprouted bread purchaser, but like a nice light wheat with touch of bran texture-it’s perfect. I use this bread for toast or a sammy. I like the taste, texture, size and that I don’t feel all bread blobby after eating. The thin slices toast up fast from frozen and I never feel guilty about wanting another slice since it’s really quite a modest serving vs other bread. I won’t buy the more familiar national brand again. Thanks Target for another great find.

It's got better than 5:1 carb to fiber ratio, good protein, good nutrients, reasonably priced. It's like Ezekiel that doesn't come frozen. It has more sodium than ezekiel (more in like with regular breads) as a trade off for not being frozen though

I like this because it’s only 55 calories. It’s also very good for you with whole “sprouted” grains. I mainly use it to make toast.

I don’t really eat loaf breads and bagels because I prefer light pastry but had to buy some to make a quick sandwich for school. I like that they are thin slices and not as dense as other loaf breads and it was really easy to eat them.
