Q: Is this product recalled?
A: The voluntary recall includes some powder formulas with specific lot codes and expiration dates of April 1, 2022 or later manufactured at our Sturgis, Michigan facility. The lot code can be entered into our lot locator on similacrecall.com to help you. Since we make our products at several different sites, it’s difficult to list product names and know they were included. We recommend checking the lot locator on similacrecall.com or calling us at 1-800-986-8540 to find out if your product was recalled. -The Similac Team
