Customer service is awful- they don’t stand by their 3 year warranty. They charge you 1/2 the charge. The quality is awful. My husband slept in it twice and there’s a hole in it and they said I can’t get a replacement. I don’t recommend- I wouldn’t ever buy from them again

Purchased this air mattress in April of 2023. Used periodically and in November 2023 it started leaking air and deflating at night while in use. The manufacturer gave me the link to start the claim/warranty process. Because my mattress was over 90 days old, the only warranty offered was that they would give me 50% off of purchasing another one. I asked about the 3 year leak proof guarantee and they just sent the fine details of the warranty that is not listed on the Target website at all. I bought this product based on the statement of a 3 year leak proof guarantee and was very disappointed that they did not honor it. They also did not include a repair kit that other inflatable mattress companies send with their product. Overall, I would not recommend this mattress.

So far so good. No complaints. The air stays in the mattress much longer than other mattresses, which is my main concern. Also the mattress top isn’t cold it has a warm layer on the top.

I bought this to replace an older air mattress, and it's such an upgrade. I really like the soft, "wavy" top. It's very comfortable to sleep on. I just wish it were a hair taller.
