Simple Modern 40oz Pink Hearts on White Straw Tumbler

It's beautiful! Just like the pic of white with pink hearts

My daughter actually got me the red one. I absolutely love it! I put ice and water in it at 7am , now 8:30 still have ice. I noticed a lot of people saying they got the wrong one?? If you have substitute and they don’t have the one you want, they will substitute for another color, but the same model.

I received the wrong cup too and just returned it. Fortunately I was able to order another one and it was corrected by that time. If you can get past the mistake that was made, the cup is darling!!

Did not match photos used to sell item this cup was not white with pink hearts it is in fact ivory/yellow cream not white. Please correct this

Unlike everyone else I was lucky and was able to receive both the correct tumblers. I was a little nervous after reading everyone’s reviews after placing my order but when they both arrived they were correct. I love the pink hearts on white tumbler so cute! And the white hearts on red rubber also super cute! I love simpler modern it’s the only tumbler brand I’ll use:)

I bought a red tumbler with white hearts. I received a white tumbler with pink hearts. I feel so bamboozled. The customer service rep was so unhelpful. She was like what was the name of the tumbler you bought? I said I did not buy the tumbler by name. I saw a red tumbler with white hearts and I liked the tumbler so I bought it. After I received the tumbler and I was surprised by what I received. I looked at my account to double check what I bought, the picture of the tumbler I bought was changed to reflect the tumbler I received. It is a nice tumbler, just not the one I wanted. I have a few simple modem tumblers and I do like them. Just so disappointed in what I received. I feel like Target knew they were out of the red with white heart tumblers and were misleading customers into purchasing the white and pink heart simple modem tumblers.

Also got the wrong item, red with white hearts but ordered the white with pink hearts.

I ordered the red cup with white hearts and have email to prove it. But I see now that it would be pointless to return because I see they are sending EVERYONE the wrong cup! Take down the red one with white hearts if you don’t actually have it!

I ordered the white one with hand written hearts, and got one that had copy/paste flowers on it. It was so ugly.

The brand is great, it’s Target that messed up. Like everyone has said, I received the wrong one, TWICE!! Even though it’s not the one I ordered, I’m going to keep it. It is cute but it’s just shame they can’t get it right.

I've ordered this item twice now and received the wrong tumbler both times. When I talked to targets customer service, they in more or less words told me that I was crazy because my order history shows that I did not order this tumbler even though I have email confirmation proof. When I asked how I could get the correct tumbler and how they could fix this problem for me they said they couldn't do anything, but I could try ordering it again and see if I would maybe get the right one.

This is so bizarre. Wrong cup was sent. Ordered the red one but received this one. When I looked back it only brings up this one and several others have had the same issue.

I ordered the red cup and was shipped the white one. My shipping confirmation shows the red cup but someone my app was update with the white one. When I reached out via Chat Roland basically called me a liar stating I got what I ordered even though I showed him a picture of my originally email. He provided horrible service.

Ordered a red cup with white hearts on 12/30. The description of the item was changed 1/6 and I ended up with a cream cup with pink hearts on 1/7.

I bought the red listing hoping I would get the pink, based on the reviews. The pink/cream one did arrive and it’s beautiful.
