Q: does anyone know if this can fit a 30lb bag of dog food inside it?
A: We have 2 and love them for our bathrooms. I would be concerned about the weight. Bathroom trash is not very heavy. The liner might not be durable enough for 30 lbs of dog food.

submitted bysimplehuman - 7 years agoBrand expertA: No, it doesn’t. I use a 3 gallons liners. It’s a small can. There’s no way it would fit 30 gallons of dog food. Hope that helps. The only thing I don’t like about it is that the stainless steel finish gets stains easily as it stands next to the toilet. Really hard to clean. Windex doesn’t do the job. I have to purchase a special spray for that.

Q: Height of this trash can is 13.3. Is that with lid closed? I am looking for one1 or 2 days of recycling. It is going in narrow spot at end of kitchen cupboard, under the counter over-hang. Needs to be under 23 inches with lid up.
