A: Hi, you can used our shower caddy with the hand held shower as long as there is enough pipe for the clamp to grab onto. It will not fall down once it is secure.

A: Hi J913! The shelves on this model certainly move up, down and side to side. Simply loosen the dial at the rear and you will be able to make desired adjustment. Once you are set, tighten the dial back up. -simplehuman

I really like the medium sized shower caddy. The only change I can suggest is to design the soap dish so it can be moved to the side or onto one of the wire shelves on the side so that the shower head doesn’t drip onto the soap when it’s draining. The large model allows you to do this.

I've had several shower caddies over the years and this is by far the best one I bought. It was pricey but worth the cost compared to others you can purchase. It stays put on the shower head and there is plenty of room for our soaps, shampoo, razors, etc.
