I love this gum, especially with all the new studies showing micro plastics in regular gum base this is one of the only safe options widely available. It has some downsides. The sugar content is a little high could be cool if they could have a xylitol or stevia version. The flavor only lasts about 30 minutes and then it tastes kind of funny. It works for me as far as an oral fixation and one of my adhd focus tools. The mint is nice, my favorite is actually the ginger but target only carries mint. 10/10 recommend if what you’re looking for is a plastic free fresh peppermint gum, just remember it won’t last as long compared to the artificial flavors in other gums.

My mom introduced me to this gum. When I first put it in my mouth to chew it tasted like wood. Once I gave it a chance it transferred to a fresh mint with a good chew. My new favorite.

So I tried this brand on a whim (from a smaller store) and I am SO disappointed that I wasted my money. I thought it was just the bubblegum flavor (the one I pictured), but it’s the mint flavor also. I don’t know why I even used the word “flavor” because there simply is none. Do you have a candle? Well go ahead and chew that wax instead if you want an idea of what these gums taste like. There’s no way they taste tested these before putting the products out. None. I’ll continue to assume the possible risks of aspartame.

Disintegrates quickly. Peppermint is very mild. I think I would rather do damage to my teeth rather than give this product a second go around as is…. I appreciate the packaging. The marketing is cute. The product needs to be improved.

I didn’t care for the size of the pieces, I needed two to equal a standard piece of chewing gum. I also hated the deceptive box design because the shoved an extra piece of cardboard down in the bottom to make it seem like the box included more than it actually did. They included an extra cardboard piece to create a hollow section in the bottom of the box, I removed it and showed it next to the container in my photos. It is wasteful and deceptive— just use a smaller box.

Love that there’s a healthy alternative to chewing gum. Considering that, the flavor, and the price, it’s not the best value. 4x the flavor needs to be added. An incredibly subtle flavor in the beginning, dims down to absolutely nothing one minute in. I could chew the entire pack in one hour.
