Simply Mixology Lime Margarita - 52 fl oz

Perfect for batching drinks for a crowd! It’s got a pleasant flavor, a little sweet but enjoyable and much less expensive than other mixes! We bought several bottles of this to make a large batch of margs for a grad party and everyone loved them. Tip: add a bit of mango or guava nectar for a delicious tropical twist. 2 parts Simply, 1 part nectar, 1 1/2 parts tequila for the perfect summer party beverage.

I bought two bottles of this hoping I would just LOVE it! It’s not bad but a little too watered down and not enough of the margarita flavor I was looking for. I’ll try something else next time. I love the limeade flavor!

Worst mocktail ever. I love margaritas, this isn't it. It's a watered down chemically lime flavor. Yuck

Not what expected. It tested like some kind of chemical. I thought I might be able to mix this with some tequila or rum but I wouldn’t waste my sprits with this. I generally like Simply juices but not this one. Will not be purchasing it again or any of the other mixology juices. I’m done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a huge fan of Margaritas but I was a little hesitant about trying this Lime Margarita Simply Mixology beverage. So many different margarita mixers are too sour or have too much lime juice. I have to admit that I was blown away by the natural and fresh tasting blend of this mixer. This can be enjoyed alone, but why not make it into a margarita and add your favorite tequila to it? The mix did not make my Margarita taste watered down or weak. It “simply” made the margarita taste amazing. This is an easy way to make your own margaritas at home without sacrificing any quality. I would definitely recommend this flavor and I will be buying this again for our next Margarita party.

On it's own, it's a bright, refreshing, alcohol-free trip across the southern border; tart, with a dash of sweet, and bursting with flavor. I served it up with chips, salsa, and guacamole! They were super easy to create (on the rocks) and everyone had seconds. We sipped them on a hot day and they were refreshing and crisp! I would love to make them frozen with blended ice and I will also purchase and try the Strawberry Guava Mojito flavor as it looks like a tasty drink as well! These mixes are a simple way to create an impressive drink. I highly recommend Simply Mixology Lime Margarita!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Simply Mixology Lime Margarita and tried it in a few mocktails. I first tried the mixer straight, which was OK but not great. Then I mixed it with 7-Up (about one portion mixer to three portions of 7-Up), which seemed to add an extra fizz and was mildly pleasant. I also mixed it one to one with a strawberry-rhubarb flavored mixer I already had. Again, pleasant, but the Mixology Lime Margarita overpowered the other flavors. If I was to try that again, I'd use a different proportion. My favorite mocktail, however, was using the Simply Mixology Lime Margarita with lemonade, at about a one to three ratio. It gives a tangy/sweet lemon-lime taste, which I enjoy. i went on the Simply Mixology website to look for mocktail recipes, but did not find any -- the only recipes for the mixology items were for alcoholic drinks. That wasn't what I wanted at this time, wish they could have included some mocktail recipes as well, although I think I did OK making up my own. I'm sure it would be good in a cocktail as well. I would buy the Simply Mixology Lime Margarita again, but probably not at Wal-Mart: the actual buying experience for this product was a pain, as it was never on the shelf when I went, despite checking their inventory listings that said it was; I ended up having to buy it via curbside pickup to actually be able to try it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought this drink, without any alcohol added into it, would be so overwhelming with the lime flavor and taste nothing like a margarita. however, this drink was amazing! the lime taste wasn’t overpowering, and something that can easily become addicting. my husband even tried it, and he even thought it was so good and he’s not a huge lime fan like I am. highly recommend, will definitely try it in a cocktail!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't enjoy the Lime Margarita. I was expecting something sweeter especially for it being a mixer. On it's own, it tasted like a slightly salted Very slightly sweetened margarita. I didn't even bother mixing it with tequila like I had originally planned. The family member I shared it with said that the Lime margarita mixed with Mr and Mrs T alongside whisky "would make a nice whisky sour". I would not purchase this flavor of product again. I might still try the guava one.

In the past, I have enjoyed many Simply products, but this one fell short to my standards. My husband, sisters and I tried it as a cocktail with vodka and as a mock tail with a lemon/lime soft drink. The cocktail was not as sweet as I would have liked. The mocktail was okay, but still was quite disappointing. I don't think I will purchase again.

I really liked the flavor and the Lime Margarita works great with margarita kind of cocktails. It’s easier than trying to squeeze lemons and has the right amount of sweetness into it. You can definitely taste lime over sugar. It’ll be my to go for sours
