Simply Saline Extra Strength for Severe Congestion Relief Nasal Mist - 4.6oz

Not sure about the nasal spray because top was broke when I got it. Trying to return and says not eligible so I’m not sure how to return it online

Hard to get nozzle to spray. I push and push and nozzle does not spray. Instead I get drops dripping out and getting all on your clothes. The top was broken but I decided to repair it and keep the container. Very disappointed.

I bought this a few years ago while living in colorado to help with dry sinus . Now i use everyday to flush out my sinus.

Supposed to be a fine mist and it’s like a fire hose. Shots up over a foot into the air. I can’t use it.

Must have for sick kit. I use this to help loosen mucous so my kids can get it out on their own or I can suck it out.

Did nothing for my nose

Spray nozzle defective, nothing comes out. Sometimes can get a drip or two. Hopefully Target will accept a return on it.

It didn't properly work. It worked on one nostril and not the other. Yes when I tried the Little Remedies Saline Spray it worked on both sides. I then tried this one again to see if it worked on both sides and it did not. Maybe it's a one off but I find it hard to believe a saline spray intended for children worked without issue and this product only worked on one side.

I currently have one of the worst sinus infections I have ever experienced in my life. Feeling desperate, I went into my medicine cabinet, I opened the product, and I used it; this made it 100% better. It expelled so much mucus from my nose, that my sinuses stopped hurting, and I could breathe through my nose again. A couple things to note: this saline solution is very, very strong. Yes, it does burn; the burning sensation lasted about 10-15 min. However, if you have congestion due to a viral or bacterial infection, it’ll do the job. (Personally, I’ll take the burning sensation over not being able to sleep due to sinus pain.) I personally would not use this for mild to moderate allergies, because it’s too strong; I would use the regular strength saline spray instead.

This extra strength one feels like getting hit in the face by an ocean wave, but it works amazing! Our family has been dealing with a cough and stuffiness and this has been so great at night to clear up the nasal passageways. I also feel like it helps get all the gunk out your system faster.

I’ve been having terrible headaches and congestion throughout my pregnancy. This pregnancy has saved me. I’ve used this one and the regular one. This one is more intense.

Doesn’t work! Didn’t do nothing for my nose….

So I love this kind for when I'm sick or when allergies get me congested. I have found that trying to use this for day to day dryness isn't helpful, as the extra saline/salt content dries my nose out more. The light blue everyday version is much more helpful for dryness.

I keep saline spray stocked for colds (parent of little kids). I bought this one on a whim last time I restocked and just started using it when I began to have sinus symptoms. This stuff in two days has really aided in relieving my sinus pressure and post nasal drip. Because I use nasal saline whenever I get sick, comparatively I can tell a difference in this and the non extra strength. I’m sold!

Served its purpose. Definitely helps clean out nasal passages.the button to push is difficult and requires both hands

Feels fizzy but I like it. Don’t breathe in when spraying just let the spray coat the nostril. Like that it’s drug free.

Sting,and doesn't work for stuffy nose

Works great...was a little skeptical that it would work well but it works as promised.

This helped me so much with Covid congestion.
