It’s too bad really. This looks so nice on the website and the price is great. Understanding going in that this was a “cheap” piece of furniture going in, but shame on you a Target because even for a cheap piece of furniture this is a cheap price of furniture. Finish peeling out of the box. Easily scratched by itself. Too bad. Don’t buy this- there are much better options.

Had been eyeing this cabinet to add to my living room for extra storage. From far the cabinet looks nice and almost like it could be real wood but it is not. It is made up of completely recycled wood and most likely cardboard or paper of some sort. For the price I expected a bit more quality. The outer parts of the cabinet feels like thin laminate or paper glued on. Overall it will do the job but don’t expect it to last during a move. I used wood glue on the dowels for extra security, the rails on the drawers get stuck from time to time making you use force to open and close them. Be prepared to take a couple of hours building it as it contains a lot of hardware and pieces. Also recommend building it where you will be placing it as it is not super sturdy as expected.

I purchased this for storage on my living room. This is very sturdy and looks like real wood. The indirections for the drawers had an error, but overall it was easy to assemble. You’ll need a second set of hands here and there (my 8 year old helped me). Instructions says you need two adults and an hour. With my kid, it took me about 4. It was fun though because everything went together correctly with no issues!

Very happy with this cabinet, which I use in my office. The finish looks nice and like real wood, not cheap laminate (which I was afraid of). The only thing I would change is that the top edge of the cardboard-like sheet that is nailed to the entire back of the cabinet can be seen when one is looking down at the top of the cabinet. (See photo.) Otherwise, it's perfect. And I would add that the actual color of the cabinet is more gray than brown/tan. Someone asked that question and the person who answered said the color resembles the photos where it appears more brown or tan. Not true. It is definitely more gray (like in the photos where it looks gray).
