I had an expensive mouthpiece custom made from my dentist. Unfortunately it broke after 10 years. I started my search and found this mouthpiece. It is great! It took me three times shaping it to get a comfortable fit but it was easy to do. Just make sure the mouthpiece doesn't fold over when you are shaping. I have recommended this one to several family members and friends. You can talk with it in, definitely better than other inexpensive ones I have tried. Works great to help with my night grinding and migraines! Definitely recommend!
