Description
Its a race to be the first to build a crew with enough pirates to sail. With 30 each of the head, chest, and legs cards, the possible combinations are nearly endless in this cutthroat switch and swap game. The 30 event cards add peril to every turn as players try to scuttle their opponents' chances by playing Hurricanes, Arrest Warrants, and Crack Downs. Use the Skallywaggs card to make your characters stronger by swapping weak parts for more powerful ones, or use the Press Gang card to steal a pirate from another crew. Every pirate worth his parrot knows the tide is quick to turn when you play Skallywaggs!
