SkinCeuticals A.G.E. Interrupter Advanced, 1.7 oz

I always use Triple Lipid Restore at night but wanted to try a new mositurizer for my PM routine. I applied this cream on the lower half of my face which caused a strange breakout only on the parts I applied. I've never had that experience as I don't normally get breakouts. Since my routine for AM (CE Ferulic, moisturizer, sunscreen) and PM (PTIOX/Triple Lipid Restore/Retinol 2x per week/Blemish Age Defense 1x per week) was the same other than swapping in AGE Interrupter for Triple Lipid Restore, this must be the reason as the breakout was localized. It was an expensive mistake. I guess some of the emulsifiers or ingredients are comedogenic culprits.

I love this! I have used 4 jars of this product. When I run out for a day or two I can definitely tell a difference in my moisture levels and surface smoothness. I use this in combination with several other products including CE Ferulic, P-TIOX, Resveratrol BE. I can definitely tell a difference when I don't/do use this product. I will continue to repurchase

I am so glad I came here to read these reviews. I bought this product (SkinCeuticals A.G.E. Interrupter Advanced), and I have had peeling for months. I finally made an appointment with the dermatologist next week because I thought something was wrong with my skin. After reading the reviews, I realize that this peeling is from this moisturizer! "Like rubber cement" (and "sloughing off") is a great way to describe it on the skin, and this only gets worse if you put a foundation over it. AVOID.

I used age interrupt for years. It was a life-saving cream for me. It used to work like a charm for my skin. My skin used to get instant lift and remove any irritation and redness. I didn't even need eye cream. The change formula doesn't do anything, and my skin is not the same anymore. I have to find a new alternative now. Why change something that was already perfect?

Its too soon to be for sure if its going to work for me. I am freshly 40, but already showing signs of aging. I have fine lines, wrinkles around eyes, and expression lines on forehead. I did recently get botox in forehead so i cant tell how its helping that area at all really. I do believe with continued use i will see great results in the comint months. I also hope to be able to get some other skin care products to aid in this daily routine. Its kind of thick and sticky even when a light layer is applied.

I have always used triple lipid restore for many years and loved it. I thought I would give a.g.e interrupter advanced a try. I am on my 2nd jar and so far I regret the purchase. It doesn’t absorb well, sits on my skin, and after about 8 hours if I rub my face or neck it sorta sloughs off. I store it in a cold dark drawer. I reached out to chat for help last week. They said it’s user error basically and I must need more exfoliation. I have micro dermabrasion and micro needling done professionally on a regular basis. I use exfoliation cloth and cleanser from my dermatologist. My humble advice is that if it is a toss up between this product or triple lipid… pick triple lipid or any other product.

My favorite product out of everything. My face feels hydrated the entire day.

The feel of this going on my face is fine, but later in the day it rubs off like dead skin or rubber cement. I was told I used too much, but any less and I don’t feel like I moisturized my skin. I have not detected a noticeable improvement in my skin, but it has only been a couple weeks.

I wrote a review on this before but for some reason it never was posted. I had high hopes for this but I have not seen much in terms of benefits. It was not at all moisturizing and I found myself supplementing with another cream. The product smells like glue-I prefer non-scented. I use during the day.

Haven’t found this product to be moisturizing-I supplemented with another face cream I had to get the moisture I was missing. The product smells like glue to me every time I open the jar. It may be too soon yet, but I haven’t noticed much difference

I have enjoyed using SkinCeuticals products for over five years. I just opened my second jar of AGE Interruptor Advanced. I haven’t seen an improvement in any lines or wrinkles on my face. Maybe I’m beyond help at 72. I like it as a moisturizer on my neck in cold weather. I find it too heavy for warm weather. I use Emollience on my neck in the summer.

This is a great moisturizer that leaves your face feeling soft and hydrated.

The perfume is so strong I can’t even stand the scent .. I don’t feel it does anything to hydrate because u have to use the smallest amount or it pills.

I love this cream. I first got a sample and thought I would never pay the price for something like this but I like in a colder climate and it has made all the difference. Usually my face is so dry that it peels and nothing works. I had layered on serum and moisturizer and heavy mask and barely got any relief but this is one and done. I will be buying for life now.

I can’t understand all the negative reviews so I had to write one of my own. This product has transformed my skin! I’ve tried many other any aging creams and none made a difference. With this one, my skin is glowing and very hydrated. My fine lines seem to have disappeared. The cream doesn’t sit on top as others mentioned. My skin drinks this up. I wish it wasn’t so pricey though. I am hooked and can’t live without this product!
