I’ve been using this in combination with the equalizing toner. I have combination skin which is difficult to manage. This foaming cleanser is gentle enough for my skin type but effective. It leave my skin feeling so clean, soft and hydrated.

This is such a great cleanser. I ran out of this cleanser and have since started to breakout again. When I was using this cleanser, it really helped with not stripping my skin and seemed to help me keep breakouts to a minimum likely due to the gentle but effective cleansing. It feels good on the skin, and I love the gentleness. I have combination skin, and unlike some cleansers, I never feel dried out after using this cleanser.

I have the worst time with cleansers. Fortunately, this one did not aggravate my rosacea prone skin. It is calming and doesn't strip my skin.

I really wanted the gentle cleanser, but it has been out of stock for a while. I couldn’t wait any longer. This is good, but I prefer the gentle cleanser. The soothing cleanser is gentle but just a little drying in comparison. Thus giving four stars vs five. Not a problem for me since I use Emollience.

I LOVE the American version of this cleanser (as shown on this website) but Skinceuticals is now shipping the French version instead, which has DIFFERENT INGREDIENTS. Specifically, the US version has "orchis mascula extract" which is a soothing, moisturizing antioxidant skincare ingredient while the French version has "vanilla planifolia extract" which is basically a fragrant essential oil that can be very irritating to sensitive skin. The US version changed my skin in the best way. The French version makes me break out. PLEASE bring back the US version!

I love how gentle this product feel on my skin. I have really dry sensitive skin and this feel great. Never leave my skin discomfort like other foaming cleanser. A bottle doesn’t last too long though.
