Skin never adapted to this product even with starting gradual and working way up. Unfortunately when doing that it’s impossible to return to try the lower dosage. I have heard so many good things about using retinol but definitely did not experience any good with this product- only constant redness and peeling (even with pairing with tripil lipid).

I just turned 40 this month and I have been doing Botox twice a year for the past four years. It’s so expensive so I thought I would give retinol a try and I’ve only been using it for a few weeks and I’m already seeing the wrinkles on my forehead, becoming less pronounced and the fine lines I’ve had on my face are almost gone, I can only imagine once I start using the one how much better it will be.

I am a dedicated user of your Retinol 0.5 but the last two orders have been very inconsistent in texture, viscosity and strength. I have experienced retinol burn and irritation at least 3 times from one tube, that takes days to heal! The other tube I have no problem with. I would think the active ingredient strength would be identical across batches. Have also noticed inconsistency with the Metacel B serum - from light translucent serum to thick opaque cream-like. What’s happening with overall quality?

Unfortunately this product is too potent for my skin type, I’ve had it for over a month now and tried 4 times, everytime i break out into this terrible dermatitis the day after, a swollen, itchy, bumpy skin with erythema all over that continues for 5 days! I definitely won’t continue using it. This was such a waste, I purchased it considering how much i love the vitamin C and the triple lipid meusterizer.

Have only been using for about a month. Don't see a noticeable difference yet but am hopeful I will over time. 81 year old complexion may be as slow as the rest of me.

So bummed bc this was pricey . It was way too strong for me. I have been using it for a few weeks and it’s too harsh. I’m super broken out, red, and itchy. I bought the 0.5% bc I already used another brand of retinol/moisturizer so I thought it was an appropriate dose.

Potent but gentle! I have used a few retinols and I typically peel and need to really limit use. This percentage of retinol and formulation isn’t over drying and reveals fresh skin. My skinceuticals regiment of serums are able to penetrate skin much better with this product.

If we talk about working cosmetics it is about this retinol. You’ll see the difference in just a week of usage. It improves skin texture, shrink my pores, fight blemishes. Skin feels more firm and radiant. Of course you will have a bit peeling of the skin as a part of renewing process, but this retinol worth every single dollar that it costs.

Fantastic! I've used this for 2 months now and very pleased with the results. My facialist gave me a sample and then I bought the full size. I had used Retinol when I was younger for acne and was a bit traumatized to start using it again. Pleasantly surprised that I'm able to use this daily and already seeing noticeable improvements without any harsh drying or redness.
