This cookbook is AMAZING! The recipes are healthy, delicious and simple. The meals are things that normal people want to eat but in a healthy way, nothing crazy, so the entire cookbook is usable unlike many I have tried in the past. It makes eating healthy easy and I couldn’t recommend it enough!

We won this cookbook in a cooking basket in a silent auction. We were pleasantly surprised! The dishes looked and sounded appetizing. The instructions were fairly easy to follow and the ingredients were reasonable. This cookbook helped to shake our routine and I loved the options of how to cook the dishes (air fryer versus oven). I definitely recommend this cookbook if you are looking to change it up and have tasty and healthier dishes. My new favorite is the chicken schnitzel!
