They are getting so much fresh air and exercise instead of sitting inside watching TV or on their phones for hours. Plus they fall asleep fast and stay asleep and have more energy when they wake up

My family has enjoyed using it in our back yard. It returns the ball very well. It has provided countless hours of enjoyment as our children build their athletic skills.

This was a perfect gift for my Daughter to play Volleyball with. She is able to practice by herself, while I am cooking and cleaning the house. Easy to install and to move around the house and backyard. My daughter is 5’2” and 14 years old and can put it away and bring it out with no problem. She doesn't even ask for help, when she put it away in the garage. Which is a very good lesson for being independent for a Teenager. The Pro of the Field Trainer Products is, the rebound net is very strong and sturdy. It has three adjustable settings to work on pop ups, line drives and grounders. Great for practicing on their own or with friends! The Con of the Field Trainer Product is, it take up a lot of space in my car when transporting and you will need a Garage or a Backyard to put your Field Trainer at, but overall it’s a great net. Me and my Cousin love playing Volleyball & Soccer with it.
