I can't understand why people are complaining about weight. This is lighter then mannequins from Kwik goal and ten times easier to set up and get to and from the field, not to mention they fit in my car which other brands don't. They must be low-level coaches who don't understand competitive soccer needs. These are by far more innovative and more realistic than other brands with the spin feature is amazing. I have used defenders for 15 years and these are the best I've ever seen so if you are a real soccer coach then do yourself a favor they are $60 less then kwik goal and better.

Durable but very heavy. Very expensive as well for the average person. Sklz should remember that whilst they aim to help develop soccer players, they need to be able to buy these equipment at a very affordable cost. Highly disappointed!

Pro training defender is my new favorite free kick mannequin. I use them daily in my training sessions and one on one sessions. I have a few others from a different brand and SKLZ brand tops them all. Durable, light and easy to fit into my car. Don’t need a truck or big SUV to transport from place to place. Light weight, portable and very durable. Will be buying more for our arsenal academy program.

A little bulky and heavy compared to others. Twists back and forth in high winds. Would be nice if you could lock the upper body in place. Spikes could be longer for soft ground use without having to reset it when it's hit. Haven't had it that long so it's hard to recommend on quality.
