SKLZ Quickster Baseball and Softball Vault Net - Black

we have had the net for less than 3months and have the lower corner bracket just broke. Haven't even used it that much over the time of ownership. The net is useless without it. Where can we get replacements?

For this price point, I'd expect a much better product. For something that's supposed to be designed to take on a fair amount of hits from my 16 year old son's tee, the plastic parts on the bottom have splintered and it's barely hanging on. I hoped Sklz was a better quality brand but same cheap stuff as any other brand but still trying to get away with a higher mark-up. At least offer the purchase of replacement parts!

I use it for soft toss. Does the job, stable and easy to assemble.

Net works great and plenty big for practice but after a few uses, one of the plastic connectors cracked and broke off... Now there’s no way to use it anymore.

Great net but after a few times using it the plastic connectors on the bottom broke. Is there somewhere I can get a replacement?

We loved this product when we first purchased it about it a year ago, but the bottom corner plastic joint weakens and breaks too quickly and ultimately the whole net falls down. It's inevitable that the net will be outdoors, in transit, being used for athletic impact. Skillz should have done better R&D to ensure that the product would have the durability needed to cope with the elements it's designed for. 1 year isn't a long enough lifespan for a product that gets this much use and sadly, Skillz offers no replacement part option and the warranty is too short to be realistic. Avoid this product if you're planning on lots of use unless you want to buy a new one every year.

I am trying to find someway to salvage this event but I cannot find replacement parts, does anyone know where I can find these? Sounds like the same as everyone else the elbow cracked and rather superglue JB Weld whatever you use it does not hold the stress on the plastic bracket is just too much

Bought 1 month ago and end pieces broke. How do we replace them?

The brackets broke after one use, so now I cannot use.

I bought this product two seasons ago for my 9 and 10 year old kids. We have been diligent about keeping the frame out of the sun when not in use, and we have seen the plastic horizontal bottom brackets break as well as the elastic cords on the net supports pull out of the supports. The net is basically useless now. Since we first purchased the net, there have been other products on the market that are easier and quicker to put together when preparing for and breaking down after practice. The design on the carry bag with the velcro straps doesn't allow the bag to stay closed very well. I would suggest slightly oversizing the bag, or better yet, sew in cinch straps to compress the net and allow the bag to stay closed. The size of this net is great, Skilz just needs to refine their design to make it more durable and user friendly, especially for the price.

We've had it for about two years but has only seen a little use for batting practice off a tee. The base frame plastic connector has a huge cracker in it. Stay away from this net.

Net set up is easy and the idea is great. Both corners have broken now (single batter, no over use) and I left this set up in a basement so no repeated set up. Just weak plastic. Would love a fix!! I have many Skilz products, this product needs a tweak.

My 9 year old son had been using it for 2 weeks and the connector snapped. It is now just a net on the ground. The net itself is fantastic. I went on your site and it appears that I cannot order replacement connectors.

Love the net. It is portable and easy to set up. However, used it a few times and the bottom corner plastic bracket broke, now it can’t be used. Need a better design here.

Do not buy, useless because end plastic brackets break way too easy like all other reviews said.

My son was very excited when he found out I had purchased this net for him. We own a Sklz agility ladder, 2 dozen of the impact training baseballs, a dozen of the impact mini training balls, and a mini basketball hoop, Sklz had never failed me.....until now!!! We purchased the quickster vault 8x8, while it worked out great in the beginning, one of the plastic connector/corners broke. Now the net is completely useless, I’ve looked everywhere for replacement corners but can’t find them anywhere. Love the design, but the materials used for the connectors/corners should have been of better quality. Very disappointed

Net is great, but plastic corner bracket piece broke after only a few uses. Need to have a way to replace it.

The plastic part at the bottom where the metal support pole enters completely cracked off. The net is now worthless.

This net is great other than the corner brackets. Left side broke and right one is cracked. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn't for that. Where can i get replacement brackets? I would hate to buy a new net just for that reason.

The net was fine but one of the corner brackets snapped and it is now useless. My break is identical to the one pictured in the review of the person who posted a photo.
