Skyline Hardside Carry On Spinner Suitcase

I received the brown one and will return. First of all the color is not the same as the picture. In person it looks like a solid basketball color brown. It’s so ugly. The. Mine came with natural discoloration in the front.

Broke after a couple uses. Waste of money.

When I picked up the item, I didn’t realize that it had a bang on the right hand corner. Also, the straps inside to keep your clothes in place do not close. The handle also feels like it’s about to break, flimsy as can be. I’ve purchased plenty of luggages from Target and they have been solid purchases but on this one, no! I should have listened to the reviews. For this one, I think you are truly paying for what you get, should have realized the price was too good to be true. Oh, the zippers are also troublesome to close, with no clothes inside! The luggage was never used.

Hard-Sided and has a expansion zip art if you need. Large enough to carry everything that we needed. They survived the airplane damaging. I had one and bought two more cuz I like this style. It meets our needs

I bought this suitcase at the end of May. I’ve used it twice and it’s now broken at the handle. I can’t find any contact info for the manufacturer that states there is a 5 year warranty and Target won’t refund it because it’s been greater than 90 days. Total waste of $60.

In store the tag says 20” Carry On. Since both Delta & American Airlines state max carryon is 22x14x9, I was happy to find this in a cool deep plum. When I arrived home, I looked at the online description. It states “carryon” - yet measures 22.5 x14.75 x 9.75. This suitcase is not a carryon. It exceeds domestic & international height of 22”. I’ve flown enough this summer to know- this bag will have to be checked. It is Not a Carry On. Sadly, I will return it tomorrow.

Ended up returning due to no longer needing it, but we used it once and I tried to convince my husband to keep it! It rolled so great and fit SO many clothes. I was able to pack for myself, my 1.5 yr old, and husband for a 3 day trip in here.

Suitcase can not handle 40 pound weight limit as advertised. Weight was cheched at 30 pounds at airport and it was extremely difficult to roll. It kept stopping frequently and became frustrating to deal with; also one of the wheels kept coming off and had to be replaced. To avoid any of these issues pack very lightly, maybe 20 pounds or less.

The outside shell is very very soft and crushes too easily. Would NEVER make it through airline checked baggage. The pull handle is very weak and unstable. Will not last long. Not a good value.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Wheels broke after one use. Scratches easily. I would say it’s worth $15 bc of the horrible quality.

Cheaply made…. It can easily crack… wheels were giving me some trouble and handle got loose after using 1x

Was so excited to find a this suitcase with more interior room. On it’s maiden voyage the fabric zipper detached from the hard shell… thank goodness still with in return window.

First trip and there are ugly dents and the telescope handle won’t come out all of the way. Returning both.

I purchased this item ~ 1 year ago and have used it maybe 6 times. On my last trip, one of the wheels fell off. Since it's beyond the 90-day purchase date, Target indicated I need to work with the manufacturer. The product has a 5-year limited warranty, so I contacted Skyline, the manufacturer, to inquire about repair/replacement. I have not had any response from them. I would not recommend purchasing this product due to the poor quality.

This suitcase broke 6 months after my purchase. That is not my issue with this product. My issue with this product is that it it is advertised to have a five-year warranty through Skyline and that is simply not true. I have wasted hours attempting to contact Skyline with no success. There is no way to contact them. Their website is constantly "under construction" and they do not have a telephone number or email that can be found anywhere online. After failing to contact them directly, I decided to contact Target. After several conversations with customer service and guest services, I was ultimately told that Target themselves do not have any contact information for this manufacturer. Target themselves told me that this was a red flag and they would look into it. However, a customer service representative was honest enough to tell me that Target does not do anything to follow up with customers that have reported manufacturer complaints. Target wants to put the blame on Skyline but they are ultimately just as responsible for promoting false advertising. As you can see, this product listing still includes a five-year warranty in its description, which was written by Target. They are selling a product claiming that there is a warranty when the warranty does not exist and they have been made aware of this. I would never bought this suitcase if it did not come with a warranty. They tell lies to get their customers to buy their product because they know that the product is not good enough to stand by itself. Shame on Target! I know they make enough money to refund me $50 for my suitcase that I only bought because they lied to me about it having a warranty. They don't care about their customers, they just want your money. Save yourself the time.

Sturdy and durable. Holds exactly what I need for travel.

Really liked size color and performance until zipper broke and wheel fell off. Can’t use anymore
