About the Author



Writer and illustrator Shelby Griffin Lopinto and her husband live in Harahan, Louisiana, with their two young children. Shelby studied visual arts at New Orleans Center for Creative Arts. In 2013, she founded Little Fins Swim Academy, which has since taught thousands of students to swim. Her and her husband own Create & Play Club, located in Old Metairie.
