Q: The desk appears to be very high compared to the chair in the pic. Will a standard desk chair be adequate or will a taller chair similar to bar stool be needed to utilize?

This took over two hours with my husband and I and he builds homes for a living. It would lose chunks of paint during assembly. It would have been just as hard to disassemble so we are stuck with it. The fold down desk magnet doesn’t hold. Just keeps popping open and shelf falls, knocking the items off the top off. It’s a huge disappointment. And for $330 I am livid.
