Slimfast flavors are a personal preference but I’m content with them. I prefer to buy the high protein version. Just add milk and ice to a blender with one scoop of shake. It does help me start the day since I’m not a fan of early breakfast. I recommend this as a meal replacement and way to increase your protein.

Well, First time user of slim fast product. I was about to drink it and for some reason I decided to read the ingredients... at the very last it said it may contain shellfish! shellfish! If I would have drank this I would have landed in ER and possibly in ICU. WHY would this have shellfish?

Thanks for sharing your feedback! Please note that a single serving of High Protein smoothie mix yields 1g of sugar and ingredients are listed in order of predominance. The first ingredient listed on the label is whey protein isolate and not sugar.

We have been drinking a SlimFast shake daily for a few years.my husband likes the vanilla and I like the chocolate or strawberry. I put frozen strawberries in mine and use my Ninja blender. It makes a perfect thick shake.

The version that actually says keto on the label is absolutely delicious. This high protein version gets so thick and gummy. It will make you gag. Bring back Keto, it was the best, and I’ve tried a lot of shakes.

I love the regular Slim Fast shakes but the bundle came with the new Smoothie protein shakes as well. I gave them a try and was very disappointed. The consistency was very slimy. I don't know what they add to it to make it thick but it was horrible. I wish they made a regular protein shake without the "Smoothie" thickening agent. Their regular Slim Fast shakes are great. I would not recommend the bundle bc it comes with 2 of the smoothie containers and you'll waste your money. Just but the regular shakes and you'll be set!
