Slim Fast Powder begins my day! I am almost 75 and I have had a Slim Fast shake every morning for decades. Rich Chocolate Royale powder with almond milk is my choice, but when traveling, I take the bottles. I have no hunger for hours but I have energy. I ride horses and substitute teach high school. I am quite slim at just over 100 lbs. Slim Fast Powder is the basis of my nutrition. It is difficult to find now. Please do not discontinue this product. It is so good!

I will only drink the Rich Chocolate Royal but it seems that it’s harder and harder to get. I hope it’s not getting discontinued. If this was the case I would have to look for a different brand that tastes the same or just opt out as a whole.

I love making these Slimfast shakes in my shake mixer. I simply add 1 scoop of chocolate Slimfast powder add some ice and 8 ounces of skim milk, blend it in my mini shake blender for about 2 minutes. It's thick, and rich , it tastes like a Wendy's chocolate frosty, for real! It fills me up for up to 5 hours and I have so much energy!!!

Bought this for the first time as the keto/high protein versions have become difficult to find. Taste is not good, compared to th other two versions the taste is awful. Very metallic and off putting. Please bring back the high protein or keto version!

You'll love slimfast original shake mixes!! you'll lose weight fast!! and it's simple. eat 1 sensible meal a day and replace the other 2 meals with slimfast shakes or slimfast smoothies and give slimfast 1 week and slimfast will take off the weight and it works great!! you lose lots of weight and it's healthy!! the shakes are delicious!! French vanilla is my favorite slimfast drink mix!! just go by directions. drink lots of water and excersize on a regular basis too to stay in great health.

I've used slim fast off and on for several reasons. Chocolate is my fav. I blend the Vanilla with frozen fruit and a little powdered milk to great a thick frozen treat when the mood strikes or to reward myself at the end of a strict diet week. If sugar isn't an issue for you, Carnation Instant Breakfast mix can be used in place of powdered milk for a sweet treat. My daughter is a believer now and using these products as well.

If you use sensibility with realistic, sincere effort, this absolutely works! What I love the best are the powders. I always add ice cubes and blend it. When I have it, I’ll add a banana. Talk about a nutritious, yummy meal! It’s thick, frothy and takes a while to finish making me feel satisfied longer. It’s true-Im not craving sweets and I’m not hungry for at least 4 and sometimes 5 hours. Be sure to push lots of water, too. Weight comes off sensibly with lasting results! Been using this product off and own just because I like it and occasionally want to lose or maintain weight loss for about 35 years. Nothing better in my opinion.

Creamy Milk Chocolate is my current favorite. I’m 74, and have been a SlimFast user for over30 years. My previous favorite was Chocolate Fudge, which I can no longer find. I also drink the Creamy Strawberry, and French Vanilla. The chocolate doesn’t dissolve as well as the others. Suggestion for a new flavor??? Creamsicle ❤️
