Q: Are these chairs weather proof? Can they be left outside in all weather?

A: These chairs are NOT rust resistant. All four of mine also have completely rusted legs and had to be dumped. This being said everyother part of the chairs looked great except for the bottom of the leg

These simple patio chairs are lightweight and easy to move around, and the mesh seat flexes for reasonable comfort. The only thing I worry about is the quality of the stitching around the edges of the mesh. It looks like the stitching is already starting to fray, and the loose strings are getting longer, and these chairs have only been used for a week or two.

I ordered them online and did a pickup. The color of the metal is not black, it has a greenish gray hue. They are a pain to haul back and forth but I still think I will return them. And of course since I did pick up they gave me ones with scratches and dents.

We used these chairs all summer. They have held many kids, teens, skinny and obese adults and have held up nicely. They get hit with sun almost all day and no fading notice so far.
