Did not come with pull rope or handles or brakes! It’s just the green sled and the underside is all torn plastic.

Item is expensive, and the handles/brakes don’t even attach. It looks like they should attach, but they do not. Item is useless and dangerous if a child were to grab onto the handles/brakes, and they come flying off. Item is potentially a liability. Perhaps we received a defective item and others are fine, but Target should reconsider collaborating with this 3rd-party partner.
