The picky teen actually ate this one, and it was one of my favorites. Our Target no longer carries it though. I like doing one stop shopping, and Target keeps making that more and more difficult. :(

I thought this was a pretty good frozen meal, the pasta was just a bit over al-dente, broccoli was green and not mushy, chicken was tender and well-seasoned. The portion size is a bit small but great for a light lunch or dinner.

otherwise I'd starve! 5 pieces of pasta a couple slivers of I think it was broccoli it was green so I'm guessing and 3 tiny pieces of chicken that LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE BOX! I'd happily join a CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT like the burger chain is doing for the Whopper right now for false advertising. WISE UP!

This is the worst frozen meal I've had. I should have just dumped it, but I tried to save it with addition of flavorfull sauces. But still it was very unsatisfying 🤢 🤮

Sadly, this was the worst Smart Ones flavor I have ever tasted. I LOVE both the Santa Fe Rice & Beans and the Three Cheese Ziti Marinara, and I have those very frequently. I wanted to branch out and try this selection. It didn't taste AT ALL like alfredo - just had an indecipherable, sort of sour taste. And despite cooking it for the exact recommended time, the broccoli came out extremely mushy and poor tasting. Hope you can improve this.

I'm not a fan of these but my husband likes to indulge once in a while. It's definitely creamy but Frozen meals aren't something I'm into. I would recommend if you don't know how to cook since it's healthier than most Frozen foods.

I am seriously all about some broccoli and chicken recipes. Add a creamy sauce or some cheese and I’m probably drooling while it cooks. This dinner and price point were perfect for my college days and now are great when I’m too busy to remember to make myself dinner after I feed my kids.

I keep a few of these in the freezer for a quick grab and go option for lunch. They heat up in a few minutes and the taste is pretty good. Of course I wish the portion was larger but it’s satisfying.

This pasta dish doesn't look or smell that appetizing, but it's honestly not bad at all. The pasta does taste like parmesan and cream but it's missing seasoning. It really needs garlic. It would make it smell and taste more appetizing. The broccoli and noodles are perfectly tender, but the sauce is watery (which is typical for a frozen dinner). All in all, it's not a bad choice for a frozen dinner. The price is good for what you get as well.

This is also a go to for a healthy frozen option. I think it’s hard to find a good frozen broccoli that’s in these meal kits. But this one is great! Not weird textured from other sauces.

On my quest to find the perfect Chicken Alfredo frozen meal, this one rates last along with Healthy Choice. The sauce is very light and tasty, but the amount of chicken is almost non-existent and not very flavorful. The pasta, sauce, and broccoli are all very good, however. I wouldn’t get this again to be honest. My favorite is the Lean Cuisine Rigatoni Chicken Alfredo. The best Smart Ones pasta meals are the baked zitis in my opinion.
